Returns & Exchanges
Don't Like the Item You Received? No Problem.
You are free to return it (no questions asked), within 14 days from the delivery date.
The following conditions apply to any eligible return or exchange:
All items must be in unused in original package with all original hangtags attached to the product.
Proof of payment must accompany the return.
Return shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the sender, unless you were sent the wrong item by mistake, in which case we will cover the cost of shipping to have it sent back to us.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
If you purchased few items and enjoyed free shipping but later on returned few of them so that the value of the final order is below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be deducted by the shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, kindly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item.
